The Migraine World Summit is an annual live event that is held each year in March or April. It is available for free online. The Migraine World Summit provides an opportunity to improve patients’ and caregivers’ understanding of migraine and headache disorders by providing access to leading migraine experts, doctors and specialists from around the world. Our mission is simple... to reduce the global burden of migraine. By giving access to many of the world’s top experts, information is shared that can be discussed with the patients’ healthcare professionals to improve health and wellness.Overview
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Social Media Team at the Migraine World Summit helps fulfill our mission by creating a welcoming, compassionate, and informed space across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We often connect with individuals seeking migraine or chronic illness support for the first time, aiming to make them feel seen, supported, and empowered.Whether replying to comments, creating content, or tracking trends, our volunteers bring empathy and connection to every interaction. If you're passionate about community, social media, and migraine awareness, this could be a meaningful role for you.No advanced social media skills required! Many of our most impactful volunteers started with only personal social media experience. Our greatest need is help with simply replying to comments. If you can engage with empathy and understand the challenges of migraine, you can make a real difference. Don’t let doubt hold you back from helping thousands feel supported online.
